Demanding high-mountain tour which is high in elevation difference and several steep ascents and descent. The trekking starts in Hrdovo 830m with an ascent to Bystra dolina. The route crosses several short steep stretches on the valley before the top of the Bystra Mt.2248m. The path traverses trough Bystre sedlo 1946m and the “ribs” of the Blyst Mt. 2155m. The trail to the Pysne sedlo 1792m leaves us at the central ridge. We then descend through the whole of the Kamenista dolina to Podbanske 950m.
