Extremely difficult and very long tour with steep ascent and descents. We start from Podbanske 950m through Kamenista dolina up to the Pysne sedlo 1792m, continue to the top of the Blyst Mt. 2155m, descent to the Bystre sedlo 1.946m and continue over Gaborovo sedlo 1.937m up to top of the Klin Mt. 2.173m. Descend to the Rackovo sedlo 1965m and ascend to the tip of the Koncista 1994m. Then there is one of the most demanding ascents in the main ridge West Tatras up to the Hruby Vrch Mt. 2137m. The route continues by descent to the Sedlo pod Deravou 1822m and then up to the Derava Mt. 1955m and then VolovecMt.2063m. We will then continue down to the Jamnicke sedlo 1910m ascent using chains as climbing aids. Passing this physically and mentally demanding stretch we will reach the rock summit of the Ostry Rohac Mt.2088m. Descent is secured by chains and after these demanding stretches is free terrain to the saddle. We then decend over rock terrain to the Smutne sedlo 1963m. Through Prostredny grun we finally arrive at the Ziarska chata 1300m.
