The Western Tatras are part of the Tatra National Park located on the Polish-Slovak borders. The main summit of the range is 35 kilometers long is a multitude of beautiful peaks higher than 2000 feet above sea level. The highest peak is Bystrá at 2248m. Other peaks include Jakubiná 2194m, Baranec 2184m, Baníkov 2178m, Tri kopy 2136m and Ostrý Roháč 2087m.
